Our Vision

To be a specialist accredited provider in the areas of autism, learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.

To be a resource centre, fully equipped and able to deliver training to schools, colleges, local authorities and private organisations.

To provide respite, residential and holiday scheme activities.

To encourage people with autism and special needs to be citizens in their own right who are supported to be happy and reach their full potential.

To have day services and outreach services in four regions of London by 2020, and provide outreach services to all London boroughs and further afield.

We aim to create a high quality provider service, incorporating day opportunities and outreach services. This will be achieved by having a skilled workforce with flexible and freelance opportunities.

1 – 3 Year Strategic Priorities:

  • To expand existing services in Northolt, Acton and Hammersmith.
  • To open two new day services in Camden and Hillingdon by 2018/9.
  • To open a new Solutions Day Respite Service in West & North London 2018/9.
  • To work in partnership with the people we support, charities and local authorities and private organisations.
  • To be an award winning provider recognised for support staff and excellent training.
  • To be Autism Accredited and BILD Accredited by June 2018.

Staff

CPD

As a CPD-accredited provider we invest heavily in the training and development of our staff, not just for their sake but with the aim of having a skilled and fulfilled workforce of staff who stick around long enough to build strong relationships with clients.

London Living Wage

We signed up to the London Living Wage commitment in October 2018 because we believe people should receive higher pay for supporting someone than they would for stacking shelves. We want to reward what we see as skilled and vital work: a support worker can have an invaluable impact on the life of their client, from supporting them to learn new skills and increase their confidence, to offering friendship and consistency. We already pay approximately 95% of our staff the equivalent of the London Living Wage or higher, and by signing up to the commitment we hope to be doing so for 100% of our staff by April 2019*.

*currently, if staff come to us with no experience we may choose to develop them first and gradually increase their rate to eventually meet the London Living Wage. These staff still begin on more than the minimum wage.
